Can I see samples of your work?

We serve Northern Indiana and Southwest Michigan. Properties outside that area may have a travel fee. If you’re not sure whether your listing is within our range, please Contact Us …we’re happy to check for you!

Yes, normal Booking procedures apply.  In the event of the need for many close-up amenity photos that would push the standard package total above 36 photos, an extra fee may be required.  In that case, Contact Us to discuss.

Yes, for residential properties over 3,500 square feet and commercial projects, please Contact Us.

Most photos are delivered the next day after your appointment.  Large shoots may need a bit more processing time.

  • For residential properties up to 3500 square feet, please use the Booking Form.
  • For properties larger than 3500 square feet and commercial projects, please Contact Us.
  • After we receive your booking request, we will review and approve your booking. If necessary, we will first reach out to discuss any questions we may have.

We will send a checklist upon booking.

Yes, use the link in your booking confirmation email to make any changes to your appointment up to one hour prior.

  • After your shoot is completed, we will send an online link to a gallery of proof photos to the email address you entered in the booking form.
  • The gallery includes a payment link where payment in accepted using major credit cards, PayPal or Bank ACH.
  • Once payment is made, you can download final non-proof photos.

We can shoot different areas on separate days. Please book two shoots.

Yes…please Contact Us to discuss your needs.  We will arrange a special return shoot for the updated area(s) at a reduced rate reflecting the reduced # of photos.

Contact Us to discuss your needs and we will do our best to accommodate.  An extra rush fee will be involved.

  • Generally speaking, rain or snow does not prevent property photography. Outdoor sky conditions that are less than a sunny day are addressed with sky replacement in edited photos.
  • The only exception is drone photography, which may need to be rescheduled when there are rain/snow or high wind conditions. If weather becomes an issue, we will reach out to discuss a scheduling adjustment.

To ensure the shoot goes efficiently, we recommend limiting additional people (and pets) on the property.  Only the photographer needs to be on-site if you can provide access via a lockbox code.

Yes, we carry full liability insurance.

Yes, we are FAA Part 107 certified and observe all FAA rules and restrictions.
